Schools We work with schools and institutions to provide targeted recruiting helping the student find the right academic institution and vice versa. MoreThanGrades may share the information you provided to us through your participation in school programs with your school, teachers and your parents. In addition, your school may require us to share your information with others legally entitled to access your academic records, such as your state department of education. Teachers We work with teachers and allow them to submit student evaluation/references on your behalf. Students must be aware that all teacher entered information remains confidential to all but the academic institutions that you select to see them. Collecting Information All personal information is gathered directly from students through online registration forms. Only students can modify their MoreThanGrades Profile once it has been created. Use of Information Obtained by MoreThanGrades When you register with MoreThanGrades, you create your own MoreThanGrades Profile and privacy settings. Your MoreThanGrades Profile information, as well as your name, address, email and photo, are displayed to universities and colleges that search our database to recruit you. Other students accessing and registered with MoreThanGrades.com will not be able to view your MoreThanGrades Profile or any information therein. Your MoreThanGrades Profile may be utilized by MoreThanGrades to service your account and inform you of MoreThanGrades services. You can edit and update the information you provide in your MoreThanGrades Profile at any time. Your data may also be reviewed and accessed by other academic institutions, which may contact you in an effort to recruit you to attend their institution. Also, only with your permission, we can allow related businesses (i.e. test prep services, loan providers, and other businesses deemed appropriate by MoreThanGrades) to access your MoreThanGrades Profile and to contact you and let you know about their products and services.
